Head Office, Brisbane Store and Queensland Fulfillment Centre Remain Closed Due to Intense Rainfall and Flooding

Our Head Office which includes our National Warehouse, Customer Care Team and Brisbane Store remain closed following ex-tropical cyclone Alfred, ongoing intense rainfall and localised flooding making it unsafe for staff and customers to travel to the head office. 

What This Means for Our Customers 

  • Brisbane store: The Brisbane store will be closed from Thursday 6 March and will reopen on Tuesday, 11 March.
  • Shipping Delays: Orders from our National Fulfillment Centre will recommence from Tuesday, 11 March. However, please note that transport and logistics are outside of our control and may affect delivery times.
  • Customer Assistance: Our customer care centre remains closed from Thursday, 6 March and plans to reopen on Tuesday, 11 March.

Temporary Closure of Brisbane Store and Queensland Fulfillment Centre Due to Cyclone Alfred

Following severe weather warnings from the Bureau of Meteorology, we have made the decision to temporarily close our Head Office which includes our National Warehouse, Customer Care Team and Brisbane Store. This measure is effective immediately and has been taken to prioritise the safety and wellbeing of our staff and their families.

We are closely monitoring the evolving weather conditions and expect to reopen our operations on Monday, 10 March, provided it is safe to do so. 

While our operations are paused, there will be shipping delays for orders processed through our National Fulfillment Centre (QFC). Orders dispatched from our National Fulfillment Centre will resume shipping on Monday, 10 March. 

While we regret any inconvenience caused by these delays, our priority is ensuring the safety of our team and community during this uncertain weather situation. 

What This Means for Our Customers 

  • Brisbane store: The Brisbane store will be closed from Thursday 6 March and will reopen on Monday, 10 March.
  • Shipping Delays: Orders from our National Fulfillment Centre will recommence from Monday, 10 March.
  • Ongoing Updates: Customers will receive updates about their orders and any changes to this situation.
  • Customer Assistance: Our customer care centre will be closed from Thursday, 6 March.
