Carbatec is excited to announce that our newest store in Glenorchy, Hobart opened on the 29th January.

This new store provides our customers in Tasmania with access to a more comprehensive range of woodworking machinery, tools and accessories through the 2 stores - Launceston and Hobart, which are both run by Alan Howard.

The Hobart store will also be the first to feature our new store design with zoned areas to help you find the solution you need including machinery, carving, turning, sharpening, sanding, power tools, dust extraction, health & safety, joinery, finishing, adhesives, workshop accessories, books, supplies and more.

The opening day was a great success with a consistently high number of visitors all day watching the demonstrations SawStop, checking out the new store and taking advantage of the 10% off Store-wide offer.
