Carbatec's new range of magnetic fitting blast gates are designed to work with our range of magnetic dust ports to provide and quick, easy and secure connection along your dust extraction system.
Dust extraction works best when there are clear, uncompromised lines of airflow between machinery and dust extractor, and the use of blast gates can assist in this by providing a means to isolate specific machines in a chain. Being able to switch flow off and back on to a specific machine can improve the overall efficiency of the setup for better dust extraction, and a safer, healthier work environment.
The magnet fittings on these blast gates integrate with either the steel ring or other magnetic fittings to simply snap on and off your chosen hose and gate, saving time and hassle of changing over hose clamp rings. These gates still provide an air-tight fitment, maximising airflow while still being fast, easy and efficient to operate.
