Many of us covet and use a range of handsaws in our workshops, but while the tools and usage are common enough, storage for them is not as easy to find. This beautiful handsaw cover is made of high-quality Australian suede leather with a soft feel. Designed for small to medium-sized fine Japanese saws to protect the delicate hardened teeth in storage. Stitched-wrap in style, it features internal flaps to place up to three Japanese handsaws, with the blades protected from each other. A top flap then folds over, and the simple suede strap allows you to bind them securely for storage.
The cover is 280x125mm in overall size and will fit blades up to 270mm long x 100mm deep. You'll be hard-pressed to find many saw covers on the market, let alone a higher quality example than this, and all the while, you can be satisfied you just supported a small local artisan's work.
