The Festool KAPEX KS R 120 Sliding Compound Mitre Saw (KS R 120 UG-Set AUS) is the ideal set up for the workshop or building site due to the light weight underframe and trimming attachments.
Easily folded for storage or transportation, the light weight unit can easily be put onto a vehicle or manoeuvred out of the way in a small workshop. The trimming attachments and underframe add just 19.3Kg to the saw.
The trimming attachments are light weight at only 4.6Kg each side, with easy the attach fittings to clamp to the saw, giving support for those longer materials. The adjustable stop means repeatability is taken care of. A 60 tooth universal blade comes standard with the saw, which is useful for most general cutting, with specialty blades available for specific applications.
A Smart Bevel is provided, making transferring interior and exterior angles easy to the saw, this then bisects the angle giving the perfect joint every time without the need to mark, measure or calculate anything.
A workpiece clamp is the perfect accessory for safety, holding the workpiece whether it is short or long, it keeps the job fixed without any movement, but more importantly it keeps the users fingers away from the blade, reducing the chance of injury.
