Whether it is double, or triple the height of the standard cookie you need, these risers are what you need.
Screw them into a cookie and insert the opposite end into a standard 3/4 dog hole for two times a cookies height, turn the riser around, and you have three times the height, all while the riser and cookie are located in a hole so it cannot move.
Should more height still be needed, screw one cookie to another using the risers and you have four times the standard cookie height.
