This is our Premium Live Centre offering, featuring a fully sealed bearing housing with grease nipple. We've put this live centre on our top-of-the-range Carbatec Lathes as a standard premium fitting, but wanted to make them available to all woodturners as an optional upgrade for your machine! Featuring excellent fit and finish, these units will only need an occasional top up of grease, to perform flawlessly for many years. Only available in MT #2 (#2 Morse Taper), which suits many mini, most midi and just about all full size Woodturning lathes on the market. This unit is heavy, weighing about 550grams. It is 140 mm overall, with the bearing housing and mose cone measuring 75 mm in length by 43 mm in diameter.
