Carbatec Zero Clearance Insert to suit TS-C250PX

A zero clearance insert plate offers several benefits related to safety, accuracy and clean, refined cuts.

The Carbatec zero clearance insert plate provides a smaller opening around the blade, minimising the chance of kickback and reduces the amount of small off cuts falling through the gap. The tight fit insert helps with dust collection, as it directs the cutting material towards the dust port or vacuum more effectively, keeping your workspace cleaner. This makes using your table saw safer.

With your insert plate secure around the blade, it reduces the chances of wood splintering on the underside of your cut. It helps prevent tear out at the edges of your cut creating a much cleaner finish on your material.

This Carbatec accessory is manufactured from aluminium and designed to fit the TS-C250PX Carbatec Deluxe Cabinet Saw. The zero-clearance insert screws down to the table at the front and has a steel tab that slides under to ensure its secure.

Additional labour and materials are required: You will need a block of wood to use on the interface that measures 265x36.5x4.5mm and requires final slotting on your saw for a true zero clearance result.

Please note that this product does NOT come with a blank timber insert.
