It uses precision cast saw tooth racks locking the Gauge in at EXACT 1/32" (0.79mm) steps, making this easy to use, in a variety of applications such as laying out perfect mortices and tenons, set bit or blade heights, accurately position stock for glue-up, mark drilling centres and much more. The free-standing design leaves both hands free for setup.
