Used with the Incra Mitre Gauges, these scale rules are inserted into the top fixed track for the 0mm to 410mm rule and positioned to match the location of the blade. For use on the left side of the blade, this scale rule reads right to left, the measurements getting higher the further away you move from the blade.
The 410mm to 820mm scale rule is fitted into track on the sliding extension, when slid out exposes the scale rule that reads left to right, so as the extension is pulled out, the measurements are read as it is pulled out at the end of the fixed arm.
Scale rules are friction fitted, held in place firmly without the need to glue or clamp it in place. Scale rules can be turned around in order to use to read in the correct direction. This combined with the Incremental Racking on the mitre gauges provides positive alignment and repeatability.
This rule reads from left to right.
