MICRO-MESH Regular Sheets deliver precision finishing and unmatched versatility for woodworking and craft projects. Featuring advanced Ultra-Flex technology, these cushioned abrasives conform to curves and contours that conventional products cannot, ensuring a flawless, consistent finish every time.

Each sheet is crafted with large, uniform crystals embedded in an Ultra-Flex matrix. This design maintains a level surface under pressure, reducing the risk of surface imperfections such as orange peel, and extends the lifespan of the abrasive by minimizing crystal fracturing.

MICRO-MESH Regular sheets are suitable for wet or dry use on a wide range of materials, including plastics, acrylics, softwoods, polycarbonates, bakelite, fiberglass, gelcoat, urethanes, celluloid, lacquers, polymers, coatings, and composites. Available in grades 1500 to 12000, these sheets can be reused for long-lasting, economical results. Ideal for precision work, they are available in sheets, rolls, discs, belts, Soft Touch Pads, specialty kits, and files, with optional pressure-sensitive adhesive backing for custom applications.
