The U-shape of this knife makes it a good choice for carving your spoons, dishes or cups, and any other concave shapes. The handle is made from Birch wood, and has a natural feel to it, which can also be carved to suit the individual needs of the user.
This hook knife has a single edged blade so that you can push the blade with your fingers from one side. The radius on the knife is smaller than the others at 13mm.Blade Specifications:
