Rockler 2-1/4" Interlock Signmaker's Lettering Kit

Use the Rockler 2-1/4" Interlock Signmaker's Lettering Kit to create signs. Position the jigsaw style template letters together and position them on the workpiece and hold them in place using masking tape or double sided tape. Then with a template guide and maximum 9.5mm (3/8") diameter bit (814-095-11) to make signs with the 40 letters provided, duplicates of commonly used letters and three spacers are provided.
A brass guide bush is required (RK-BUSH12).
A plunge router is required, the router is positioned on the templates with the guide bush in one of the letters, switch the router on and plunge it to the already pre-determined depth and route around the letter to create letters 57mm high letters.
The letters kit includes: Total of 40 letters with duplicates of common letters and three spacers. Requires the use of a plunge router that accepts standard 1-3/16" template guides. Note: Router bit not included.

Buy two sets of the letter sets, doing signs and being short on a few letters to complete a word or name is frustrating.
