When applied under pressure and at high speed, it literally burns its way into the surface of the timber where it fuses with the wood's pores, giving a finish that is actually in the wood, rather than a surface coating.
Shellawax Cream dries instantly and can be handled immediately after application. It is water resistant from the start and becomes more resistant to water, alcohol, etc over a three week period after initial application.
