With a 1/2" shank, and bearing giving a 12.8mm depth of cut, the height of cut be spaced between 3.2mm to 18mm using any of the included 17 shims.

Sets include:
- 4 carbide tipped cutters 3.18mm (1/8"), 4mm (5/32"), 4.76mm (3/16"), 6.35mm (1/4").
- A 12.7mm (1/2") arbor.
- A 22mm (7/8") ball bearing for a cutting depth up to 12.7mm (1/2").
- 17 shims in different sizes.
Safety tips: Never use the slot cutter set without shims between the cutters. The distance between the cutters can vary from 1mm (1/32") to 1.7mm (1/16"). A shim must also be positioned between the ball bearing and the cutters.
