Tormek Anti-Corrosion Concentrate makes water corrosion inhibitant while protecting your diamond grinding wheels from rust. 

The Anti-Corrosion is always used for wet sharpening with diamond grinding wheels, however it won't harm your regular grindstones if you have it in water meaning you can switch between the two. 

The packaging clearly details the correct method for mixing and has a measurement scale on the bottle for your reference.
