Tormek Diamond grinding wheel to suit the T-4 Sharpening Machine and earlier models with a 200mm diameter.
This extra fine diamond wheel provides an smooth finish and is best suited for sharpening carving tools and knives where minimal steel removal is required.
With this 1200 grit diamond wheel you can sharpen almost any type of material, including steel, ceramic and carbide due to its exceptional durability. Its constant removal rate and shape means that it will always stay round and flat with a perfect full-size diameter simplifying the process of setting up and sharpening.
The constant shape of the grinding wheel makes it possible to grind on both the side of the wheel and the upper surface. Using your T4 Tormek Sharpening machine to grind on the side of the wheel is perfect for smaller tools, when doing this we recommend using the Tormek Multi base paired with a jig of your choice. By adding this additional support, you will find you have more control throughout the sharpening process.
Included with every wheel is a 150ml bottle of anti-corrosion concentrate to prevent rust forming on the grinding wheel, use this in a 10ml to 250ml ratio.
